कोभिड–१९ को संक्रमणका कारण विश्व तहसनहस बनेको छ । नेपालमा पनि यसैका कारण अर्थतन्त्र ओरालो लाग्नुका साथै जनताले दुख्ख पाई रहेका छन ।
सरकारले कोभिड १९ नियन्त्रण गर्न र जनतालाई संक्रमणबाट बचाउन यो अबधिमा कडा लकडाउन देखि भौतिक दुरी कायम गरी अर्थतन्त्र सुचारु राख्ने सम्मका आफ्ना प्रयास जारी राखेको छ । तर केही सरकारी कार्यालयमा कार्यरत कर्मचारीहरुले भने जनताको यो बाध्यतालाई कमाउने अवसरकारुपमा लिन लागेको घटनाहरुको जनस्तरबाट बिरोध हुन थालेको छ ।
सोही क्रममा मालपोत कार्यालय टीकापुरले कोभिड संक्रमणका कारण भौतिक दुरी कायम गर्ने नाममा दैनिक ५० देखि ६० जनाको मात्रै काम गर्ने नियम बनाई भित्रिरुपमा जनतासँग ५ देखि ७ हजार असुल गरेर काम गरेको पाइएको भन्दै आज कैलालीको टीकापुरमा सम्बिन्धित निकायको ध्यानाकर्षण गराइएको छ ।
सत्तारुढ पार्टी नेकपा कै टीकापुर वार्ड नं.१ को वार्ड कमिटीले आज इलाका प्रशासन कार्यालय टीकापुर, टीकापुर नगरपालिका र प्रहरीलाई समेत सो सम्बन्धि ध्यानाकर्षण पत्र बुझाएको छ । वार्ड कमिटीका अध्यक्ष झपट सोडारीको नेतृत्वमा ध्यानाकर्षण पत्र बुझाइएको हो ।
ध्यानाकर्षण पत्रमा ५० देखि ६० जना मान्छेले मात्रै दैनिक सेवा पाउने गरी मालपोत कार्यालयले बनाएको नियमका कारण दैनिक सयौं जनताको काम हुुने मालपोतमा काम गर्नका लागि एक जनाले ५ दिन सम्म पालो कुर्नु पर्ने अवस्था आई जनताले सास्ती पाएको जनगुनासो आएको उल्लेख छ
ध्यानाकर्षणमा कार्यालयकै केही कर्मचारीहरुले एकै दिनमा काम गरिदिने भन्दै केही सेवा ग्राहीसँग ७ हजार सम्म रकम अबैधरुपमा असुल गरेको समेत भेटिएको उल्लेख छ ।
ध्यानाकर्षणमा राज्यको कानुन बिपरित कृतिम समस्या सृजना गरि जनतालाई दुख्ख दिनुका साथै जनताबाट अतिरिक्त रकम असुल गर्ने काम मालपोत कार्यालयबाट भएको प्रति आफ्नो ध्यानाकर्षण भएको उल्लेख छ ।
ध्यानाकर्षण पत्रमा जनतालाई सास्ती हुने यस्ता काम बनद गरी जनताबाट अतिरिक्त रकम उठाउने काम समेत तत्ककाल बन्द गर्न समेत माग गरिएको छ ।
