सत्तारूढ नेपाल कम्युनिस्ट पार्टी (नेकपा) का कार्यकारी अध्यक्ष पुष्पकमल दाहालले कात्तिक २८ गते सचिवालय बैठकमा पेस गरेको राजनीतिक प्रतिवेदनलाई एकलौटी ढंगले पार्टीका तल्लो तहसम्म पठाएपछि वरिष्ठ नेता माधवकुमार नेपाल असन्तुष्ट बनेका छन्। बिनासल्लाह दाहालले सो प्रतिवेदन तल्लो तहसम्म पठाउँदा पार्टी विभाजनमा प्रश्रय मिल्ने भन्दै नेता नेपाल असन्तुष्ट बनेका हुन्।

‘हामीले पार्टीको बैठक बोलाउन माग गरेको पत्र अध्यक्ष एवं प्रधानमन्त्री केपी शर्मा ओलीलाई दिएका थियौं तर उहाँले त्यसको जवाफ लिखित रुपमा दिएर फायर खोल्नुभएको हो। यो विषय सचिवालयमै टुंग्याउनुपथ्र्यो तर उहाँ (दाहाल) ले बिनासल्लाह आफ्नो प्रतिवेदन तल्लो तहसम्म पठाउनु उपयुक्त होइन। यो त पार्टी विभाजनकै तहमा जाने कुरा भयो। यसले राम्रो गर्दैन’, नेपाललाई उद्धृत गर्दै उनी निकट एक नेताले भने। स्थायी कमिटी सदस्यसमेत रहेका ती नेताका अनुसार दाहालले बिनासल्लाह आफ्नो प्रतिवेदन तल्लो तहसम्म लैजानु तत्कालका लागि कमजोरी हो। दाहालको यस कदमबाट नेपाल असन्तुष्ट बनेको ती नेताको भनाइ छ।

कुनै पनि हालतमा पार्टी विभाजन गर्नु हुँदैन भन्ने धारणा राख्दै आएका वरिष्ठ नेता नेपालले प्रधानमन्त्री एव पार्टी अध्यक्ष ओलीले कार्यशैली सुधार गर्नुपर्ने तथा पार्टी विधि, विधान र पद्धतिमा चल्नुपर्ने धारणा राख्दै आएका छन्। सचिवालय बैठक माग गर्दै कार्यकारी अध्यक्ष दाहालसहित वरिष्ठ नेता नेपाल, झलनाथ खनाल, वामदेव गौतम र नारायणकाजी श्रेष्ठले कात्तिक २२ मा पार्टीका प्रथम अध्यक्ष ओलीलाई पत्र लेखेका थिए। तर ओलीले कात्तिक २५ मा सो पत्रको जवाफ फर्काएका थिए। कात्तिक २८ मा बसेको सचिवालय बैठकमा नेपाललगायत पाँचजना सचिवालय सदस्यको तर्फबाट भन्दै कार्यकारी अध्यक्ष दाहालले १९ पृष्ठको प्रतिवेदन पेस गरेका थिए। त्यसपछि मंसिर ३ मा बसेको सचिवालय बैठकमा ओलीले दाहालको प्रतिवेदनमा लगाइएका आरोपको खण्डन गर्दै त्यसलाई खारेज गर्ने बताएका थिए। सोही बैठकमा उनले दाहालको प्रतिवेदनको जवाफ दिने पनि बताएका थिए। ओलीले जवाफ लेख्न समय लाग्ने बताएपछि सचिवालय बैठक १३ गते बस्ने गरी स्थगित गरिएको थियो। अब बस्ने बैठकमा ओलीले जवाफी प्रतिवेदन पेस गर्ने बताइएको छ।

विवाद बढिरहेका बेला दाहालले आइतबार साँझ सो प्रतिवेदन छापेर सातै प्रदेश र अन्य कमिटीका सदस्यलाई पठाएका हुन्। त्यसको जानकारी पाएपछि नेता नेपाल असन्तुष्ट बनेका हुन्। ‘पार्टी विभाजनको दिशामा जानु हुँदैन। दाहालले जसरी प्रतिवेदन छापेर तल्लो तहसम्म पु¥याउनु भयो त्यो राम्रो पक्ष हुँदै होइन, पार्टी विभाजनको अवस्थामा पुगेको छैन। यो कदमले पार्टीमा विभाजनको रेखा कोर्न सक्छ’, नेपाललाई उद्धृत गर्दै स्रोतले भन्यो। यस विषयमा नेपालले दहालको ध्यानाकर्षण गराइसकेका छन्। स्रोतका अनुसार नेपालको आपत्तिपछि आफू त्यसलाई सच्याउन तयार रहेको जवाफ दाहालले दिएका छन्।
