साधारण बुझाइएको हिसाबले पनि दर्शन भनेको मार्ग हो । जीवनलाई कसरी सुखमय बनाउने भन्ने उपाय दर्शन हो । त्यो जीवन उपयोगी दर्शनलाई कसरी मानवीय जीवनमा लागुगर्ने भन्ने तरिका वाद हो । त्यो वादको अधीनमा रहेर आफ्नो लगायत समस्त प्राणी तथा मानवजगत समाजको समुन्नतिका निम्ति प्रेरणादायी कार्यशैली आचरण नैतिकता अनुशासन समर्मभूमिका कर्तव्यबोधका साथ कार्यशैली सिद्धान्त हो । सारमा समस्त मानव जातिको उन्नतिका निम्ति प्रतिपादन गरेका तरिका समष्टिगत उपलब्धि हासिल गर्ने औजार अर्थात नियम उपाय नै सिद्धान्त अर्था वाद हुन । हरेक वाद र सिद्धान्तलाई कसले कसरी अनुसरण गरेर र त्यसबाट प्रतिफल हासिल गरे त्यसबाट सिक्ने पाठ शिक्षा हो । त्यसरी प्रेरणा लिएर समतामूलक समाजको निर्माण गर्नु सिद्धान्तको अनुसरण गर्नु हो । जसलाई वादी भन्ने गरिन्छ । परम्परावादी, भौतिकवादी,आध्यात्मिकवादी,प्रजा
सबैको अन्तिम उदेश्य भनेकै मानव जीवन चोला अमूल्य छ । यो जुनि पछि अर्को जुनि कल्पना मात्रै हो । जे गर्नु छ यसै जुनिमा भोग्नु प्राप्त गर्नुपर्छ भन्ने सबै वाद सिद्धान्त धर्म संस्कृति को अभिप्राय हो । मानिसको चेतनाले अनुभव शिक्षाले भ्याए सम्म मन मस्तिष्क बुद्धि विवेकले भ्याएसम्म ऊ अनवरत संघर्षरत तल्लीन हुन्छ । त्यसरी विश्वमा विभिन्न वाद र सिद्धान्त र आदर्श प्रतिपादन भएका छन् । धेरै प्राणी मध्ये मानिस सबै प्राणी भन्दा विशिष्ट विशेषता भएको तीक्षण बुद्धि विवेक चेता भएको प्राणी मानिन्छ । यो पृथ्वी मात्रै होईन अन्तरीक्षमा समेत आफ्नो उपस्थिति जनाइसकेको छ । मानव सभ्यताको विकासक्रमलाई हेर्ने हो भने अदभूत मान्नुपर्छ । यो मानिसको बुद्धि र चेतनाको कमाल हो । सिद्धान्त भनेको शिक्षा पनि हो । शिक्षाको विकास विना कुनैपनि सफलता हात पार्न सकिदैन । लगनशील,अनुशासित,कर्तव्यबोध गरेर सामुहिक हितका लागि दूरदृष्टि पारदर्शी क्षणिक स्वार्थ भन्दा माथिउठेर समाजका निम्ति यो संसारका निम्तो आफूलाई उभ्याउने हो भने असम्भव भन्ने केही छैन भन्ने ज्ञान अनि एक सिद्धान्त हो एक शिक्षा हो ।
त भन्दा म के कम भन्ने होडबाजी शिक्षाको विकासमा बैज्ञानिक आविष्कारमा हरेकले आफ्नो राष्ट्र निर्माणमा गर्नुपर्छ । राजनीति भनेको नीतिशास्त्र हो । देशलाई कुन नीति अवलम्बन गर्दा समुन्नत समाजको निर्माण हुनसक्छ भन्ने खोज हुनुपर्छ,राजनीतिमा । राजनीतिलाई मानिसको जीवन पद्धतिमा आमूल परिवर्तन गर्ने औजारको रूपमा प्रयोग गरिनुपर्छ । राजनीति पेशा होइन र राजनीतिलाई पेशा बनाइनु हुँदैन । राजनीति शब्द नीति निर्माण गर्ने हो । राजनीति भनेको सामाजिक उत्तरदायित्व हो । समाजलाई कसरी रूपान्तर गर्ने भन्ने विधिको पनि उपल्लो विधि औजार राजनीति हो । सदस्य मिलेर परिवार, व्याक्तिव्याक्ति मिलेर,मानिस मानिस मिलेर समाजको निर्माण भएको हुन्छ । त्यसरी भौगोलिक राजनीति नक्सा भित्र रहने बस्ने मानचित्रमा देश रहेको हुन्छ । सार्वजनिक रूपमा अर्काको अस्तित्व स्वीकार गर्ने सामूहिक प्रतिबद्धता पनि सिद्धान्त हो । परम्परा हुन्छन्,संस्कृति हुन्छन् धर्म रीतिरिवाज रहनसहन भेष आदि ।
यो युग प्रविधि बैज्ञानिक युग हो, सूचना र सञ्चारको युग हो , बैज्ञानिक आविष्कार प्राविधिक शिक्षाको युग हो । आज जेजति मानिसले उपलब्धि हासिल गरेका छन् , ती जम्मै मानवीय बुद्धिले, चेतनाले, उसले प्राप्त गरेको शिक्षाका कारण यो स्थितिमा आइपुगेको हो ।आज संसार एक घर हुन पुगेको छ । एक देशले गरेको आविष्कार र विकासले बाँकी संसार लाभान्वित हुनसक्छन् भने एकदेशको अस्थिरता अशान्तिले अर्को देश अर्थात सारा संसार प्रभावित हुनसक्छ । त्यसैले अहिलेसम्म जेजति उपलब्धि भएका छन्, त्यसले फाइदाका साथै बेफाइदा खतरा पनि उत्तिकै भएका छन् । मानव सभ्यताको निम्ति खतरा पनि छ ।
उदाहरणका लागि एक देशमा फैलिएको रोगले सम्पूर्ण विश्व मानवजगतलाई तहसनहस,प्रभावित पारेको कुरा हाम्रो सामु घाम झैं छर्लङ्ग छ । चाइनाको वुहान प्रान्तबाट उत्पत्ति भएको कोरोना भाइरस आज संसार सबै देश आक्रान्त चपेटामा छन् । हरेक मानिसको चयन उडेको छ । लाखौं मानिसको कोरोनाका कारण ज्यान गुमाइसकेका छन् । करोडौं मानिस संक्रमित भैसकेका छन् । संक्रमित हुने दर बढ्दो क्रममा छ । कोरोना विरुद्धको भ्याक्सिन बनाउन बैज्ञानिक रातदिन लागिपरेका छन् । एक वर्ष बितिसक्दा पनि अझै कोरोना विरुद्धको औषधि पत्ता लागेको छैन । विभिन्न औषधि निर्माता कम्पनी खोप अन्तिम चरणमा पुगेको दावी गर्दैगर्दा मानिसमा केही आशाको किरण जगाउने काम भएको छ । यहाँनेर लेख्न खोजेको विषय के भन्दा कोरोना जसरी एक देशबाट संसारभर फैलियो त्यसैगरी यसको नियन्त्रण पनि संसार एक ढिक्का भएर कोरोना नियन्त्रण गर्न लाग्नुपर्छ ।
कोरोनाकोबाट पाठ सिक्दै विश्व एक घर हो । एकलाई अप्ठ्यारो पर्दा अर्कोलाई,अर्को देशका मानिस पनि प्रभावित हुनसक्छन् भन्ने बुझाइ अहिलेको कोरोनाले सिकाएको स्पष्ट पाठ हो । भाइचारा अभिवृद्धि गर्दै समस्त मानवजगतमा यस्ता महामारी महाविपती आइपर्ने छन् । तिनको सामना पनि यसैगरी गर्नेपर्ने अकालमा ज्यानगुमाउनु पर्ने अवश्यम्भावी छ । अब विश्वले जस्तैः संयुक्तराष्ट्रसंघ युरोपियन,असंलग्न राष्ट्रहरु, G8,G20, आदि आदि अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय साझा मञ्च,फोरममा यस्ता विषयमा गम्भीर बहस छलफल गरी सबैले दत्तचित्त भएर आउने परिस्थितिको सबै मिलेर कसरी सामना गर्ने, बढ्दो जलवायु परिवर्तनले मानव सभ्यताको खिल्ली उडाउने काम, बढ्दो विकासको होडबाजी, असन्तुलित हिसाबले अनुचित किसिमले बढ्दो औधोगिककरण रोक्ने,सम्भावित खतरा हेरेर आँकलनलाई ध्यानमा राखेर भावी रणनीति तय तयार हुन ढिलो गर्नु हुँदैन । एकले अर्कोलाई सैनिक आणविक हतियार प्रयोग गरेर सिध्याउन सकिएला तर त्यो विनाश मात्रै हो । त्यो भन्दा खतरानाक कोरोना जस्ता भाइरसलाई जित्न एकताबद्ध भएर मात्रै सम्भव छ भन्ने गतिलो उदाहरण शक्ति राष्ट्रले राम्रोसँग बुझ्नुपर्छ ।
गास बास कपासले मात्रै पुग्दैन । बदलिँदो जीवनशैली पद्धति रहनसहन बदलिएको परिवेश उतारचढाव पुरानो बुझाइ मिथ्या सावित भयो । आज संसार कहाँबाट कहाँ पुगिसकेको छ । हामी नेपाली हाम्रो राजनीतिक दलहरूले यो कहिले बुझ्ने हुन ? आम मानिस देशमा रोजगारी नहुँदा विश्वका हरेक देशको कुना कुनामा पुगेर अनुभव हासिल गरेर स्वदेश फर्कने जानेक्रम निरन्तर चलिरहेको छ । आज ईन्टरनेटको माध्यमद्वारा मानिसको चेतना कम्प्युटर भन्दा फास्ट चल्न थालिसकेको छ । अबको शिक्षा नीति बिल्कुल प्रविधि मैत्री युग सुहाउँदो जीवन उपयोगी हुनुपर्छ,खोकन्ते शिक्षा हरेक पार्टीको सरकार बदलिदा शिक्षा नीति पनि फेरबदल गर्ने जमाना गए । अब विस्तारै रक्सी मासु खुवाएर भोट लिने चुनाव जित्ने जमानामा गए । भर्चुअल बहसको माध्यमद्वारा छलफल बहस गर्ने अन्लाईनद्वारा मत हाल्न पाउने जमानामा अर्थात युग शुरुआत भैसकेको हो । जो कोरोनाकालले पनि त्यो पाठ्यसामग्री सिकाइको भरपर्दो माध्यम हुन पुग्यो ।
हुनाकबाट,अन्लाईनबाट भोट दिने आफ्नो प्रतिनिधि छान्न पाउने व्यवस्था हुनुपर्छ । आज नहोला भोलि यो गर्नैपर्छ,अवलम्बन गर्नैपर्छ,सुकै छैन । नैतिकतामा आधारित कर्तव्यबोध गर्ने समाज,देश राष्ट्रको उन्नति अहिलेसम्मकै शैलीबाट सम्भव पनि छैन,सम्भावना पनि देखिदैन । कोदो पेलेर तेल निकाल्न सकिदैन । तेल निकाल्न त तोरी नै पेल्नु पर्छ । हामी आदर्श,सदाचार सुशासनका कुरा गर्ने आफैं भ्रष्टाचार गर्ने,अनियमितता ढिलासुस्ती गर्ने, भनाइ र गराइमा ठूलो भिन्नता देखिन्छ । सैद्धान्तिक विचलन,विषयको गाम्भिरिएता नबुझ्ने,देशको वस्तुवादी यथार्थ आफ्ना जनताको आवश्यक चाहना समस्या दुखकष्ट नबुझ्ने बुर्जुवा पार्टीहरुको परम्परागत यथास्थितिवादी शैलीको राजनीति सिद्धान्त आदर्शमा खिया लग्यो । नयाँ युग,विश्व भूमण्डलीकरणको प्रभाव यसबाट प्रभावित जनताको आवश्यक महसुस नगर्नु परिवर्तन भयो,भन्नू व्यार्थै हो । लोकतन्त्रको नाममा लूटतन्त्र हुनसक्दैन, खोल लोकतन्त्रको ओढेर पुग्दैन ।
शताब्दी भनेको एक सय वर्ष हो । मानिसको आयु सरदर ७०/७५ वर्ष हो । एक शताब्दी पनि नबाच्ने मानिसको आयु यो जीवनकालमा करोडौं मानिसको जीवन माथि खेलवाड गर्नु अमानवीय कार्य हो,देशको अस्मिता स्वाधीनता धरापमा पार्ने चेष्टा दु:खद पक्ष हो । आफ्नो पद मान प्रतिष्ठा धन सम्पत्ति भन्दा ठूलो महत्त्वपूर्ण मानिसको जीवन हो । जीवन रहेसम्म तनाव झैझगडा आन्दोलन र क्रान्ति गरिरहने अर्कोलाई मारिरहने,देशमा अशान्ति मच्चाउने,भ्रष्टाचार गर्न,जनताको शोषण भैरहने,पैसाको लेनदेन मात्रै भ्रष्टाचार होईन, गैरजिम्मेवारी, अकर्मण्यता, ढिलासुस्ती हैरानी दुख दिने कार्य पनि भ्रष्टाचार हो । राम्रो काम गर्दा जनपक्षीय काम गर्नलाई साझा सवालमा सार्वजनिक हितका लागि कुनै वादले छेक्दैन । त्यसको लागि मन मस्तिष्क स्वच्छ स्वतन्त्र हुनुपर्छ । मनमा पाप लोभ अहंकार दम्भ पालेर दुनियाँलाई उल्लू बनाउने कार्यबाट स्पष्ट हुन्छ, तिमी अवसरवादी हौं भनेर । पाएको जिम्मेवार पूरा नगर्ने ?आफ्नो निहित स्वार्थपूर्तिमा लाग्नु पनि अवसरवादी चरीत्र हो । जो नेपालको राजनीति इतिहासमा सबैभन्दा ठूलो बाधक हो ।
राजनीति गर्ने शासन गर्ने तरिका मध्ये सबैभन्दा उत्तम प्रणाली भनेको लोकतान्त्रिक प्रणाली हो । आज विश्वमा अधिकांश देशले अवलम्बन गरेर सर्वमान्य सिद्धान्त भनेको लोकतान्त्रिक व्यवस्था नै हो । राजा भएको देशमा लोकतन्त्र रहँदैन हुँदैन भन्ने कुरा अतितको भूत हो । लोकतान्त्रिक व्यवस्था भनेको जनताबाट निर्वाचित जनताका प्रतिनिधिले जनताकै निम्ति गरिने शासन हो । लोकतन्त्रमा साच्चै भन्ने हो भने सर्वाधिकार सार्वभौमसत्ता जनतामा हुन्छ,हुनुपर्छ । लोकतन्त्रको सुन्दर पक्ष भनेकै लोकतन्त्रमा जनतानै सर्वेसर्वा हुन्छन् ,लोकतन्त्रको टोकरीमा कसैलाई निषेधित गर्नु लोकतन्त्रको सिद्धान्त आदर्श र संविधानवाद अन्तर्गत पर्दैन,स्वतन्त्रता पनि लोकतन्त्र भन्ने अर्को अस्तित्व स्वीकार नगर्ने पनि विभेद हो ।खाली आवरण खोल भित्र स्वतन्त्रता र लोकतन्त्र हुँदैन ।
