बेनी, १४ असोज  म्याग्दीको अन्नपूर्ण गाउँपालिकामा निर्माणाधीन १४ मेगावाट क्षमताको घारखोला जलविद्युत् आयोजनाको टनेल खन्ने काम सम्पन्न (ब्रेकथ्रु) भएको छ ।

आयोजनाको बाँधस्थलदेखि आउटलेटसम्म पानी लैजानका लागि तीन हजार ५०० मिटर लामो टनेलको बुधबार ब्रेकथ्रु भएको हो । आयोजनाका प्रवद्र्धक, लगानीकर्ता, प्राविधिकलगायतको उपस्थितिमा बुधबार टनेल खन्ने कामलाई पूर्णता दिइएको थियो । बाँध रहेको अन्नपूर्ण गाउँपालिका–५ शिख र ६ नं वडा घारको सीमा क्षेत्रमा पर्ने कुरिलाबगरबाट एक हजार ६०५ मिटर र आउटलेट रहेको घारको अमिलाकाफलबाट एक हजार ४०० मिटर सुरुङ खनेपछि दुबैतर्फ जोडिएको आयोजनाका आवासीय इञ्जिनीयर जोसेफलाल बज्राचार्यले जानकारी दिनुभयो ।

उहाँका अनुसार, टनेलको ब्रेकथ्रु भएसँगै आयोजनाको करिब ६२ प्रतिशत काम सम्पन्न भएको छ । २०७४ चैतबाट निर्माण सुरु भएको यस आयोजनाबाट आगामी असार मसान्तभित्रै विद्युत् उत्पादन गर्ने गरी निर्माण कार्यलाई तीव्रता दिइएको छ । ‘‘निकै लामो सुरुङलाई बीचमा अडिट बिना नै दुई तर्फबाट मात्रै जोडिएको यो नेपालकै पहिलो टनेल हुनसक्छ, भौगोलिक चुनौतीबीच नेपालकै प्राविधिकद्वारा भएको यो महत्वपूर्ण उपलब्धि हो, अब आयोजनाको अन्य पूर्वाधार निर्माणले थप गति पाउँछ’’ इञ्जिनीयर बज्राचार्यले भन्नुभयो ।

आयोजनाको सिभिलतर्फ ६८, हाईडोमेकानिकलतर्फ ५६, इलेक्टोमेकानिकलतर्फ ५० र प्रशारण लाइनतर्फ २० प्रतिशत काम सकिएको छ । बाँधतर्फ ९८ प्रतिशत काम सकिएको यस आयोजनाको विद्युत्गृहतर्फ पेनस्टक पाइप जडान सुरु भएको छ भने विद्युतगृहको पूर्वाधार निर्माण अघि बढेको सिभिल ठेकेदार कम्पनी साउथ एशियन इन्फास्ट्रक्चर प्रालिका आयोजना प्रबन्धक ध्रुव मिश्रले जानकारी दिनुभयो । टनेल खन्ने क्रममा भौगोलिक खालका धेरै समस्या आए पनि त्यसको सामना गर्दै टनेल ब्रेकथ्रु सम्भव भएको उहाँको भनाइ छ । सुरुङ मार्ग हुँदै ल्याइएको पानीलाई ४८५ मिटर अग्लो हेडबाट एक हजार २०० मिटर पेनस्टक पाइपमार्फत पोखरेबगरमा रहने विद्युतगृहमा खसालेर विद्युत् उत्पादन हुने आयोजनाले जनाएको छ ।

म्याग्दी हाइड्रोपावर कम्पनी प्रवद्र्धक रहेको यस आयोजनामा नागरिक ऊर्जा बुटवल लिमिटेडलेसमेत लगानी गरेको छ भने एनएमवि बैँकको नेतृत्वमा एनआइसी एशिया, कुमारी र प्राइम कमर्सियल बैँकलेसमेत लगानी गरेका छन् । कूल रु दुई अर्ब ४२ करोड लागत अनुमान गरिएको यस आयोजनामा कोरोनाका कारण आयोजना निर्माणको काम पछि धकेलिएसँगै लागत बढ्ने देखिएको आयोजनाले जनाएको छ ।

आगामी माघ मसान्तसम्म सम्पन्न गर्ने लक्ष्य अनुसार निर्माण सुरु भएको यस अयोाजनामा कोरोना लगायतका कारणले निर्माण कार्यमा केही ढिलाइ हुन पुगेपनि आगामी असारसम्ममा आयोजनाको काम सम्पन्न गर्ने गरी निर्माण कार्यलाई तीव्रता दिइएको आयोजनाको परामर्शदाता कम्पनी हाइड्रोकन्सल्ट इञ्जिनीयरिङ्ग लिमिटेडका कार्यकारी अधिकृत मनोहर श्रेष्ठले बताउनुभयो । उहाँका अनुसार विद्युतगृह रहने पोखरेबगरदेखि दाना सवस्टेशन सम्मको ८ किलोमिटर लामो ३३ केभिएको डबल सर्किट प्रशारण लाइनको काम समेत अघि बढेको छ । डिजाइनको काम सकिएको र आवश्यक निर्माण सामग्री अधिकांश कार्यक्षेत्रमा ल्याइसकिएकाले आगामी ४ महिनाभित्रमा प्रशारण लाइनको काम सम्पन्न हुने उहाँको भनाइ छ ।
