काठमाडौं, १० असोज । नेकपा (एमाले) का अध्यक्ष केपी शर्मा ओलीले उपाध्यक्ष डा. भीम बहादुर रावलले दश बुँदे सहमति कार्यान्वयन हुनुपर्ने भनेर उठाएको माग सम्बोधन गर्ने भएका छन् । पार्टीको केन्द्रीय कमिटी बैठकअघि स्थायी कमिटीको बैठक बसिरहेको छ । उक्त बैठकमा सुदुरपश्चिम प्रदेशको हकमा दश बुँदे सहमति कार्यान्वयन नभएको विषय उपाध्यक्ष रावलले उठाएका थिए ।

खासगरी सुदुरपश्चिम प्रदेशमा एमालेको ईन्चार्जमा रावल हुन । तर, अहिले रावल नभएर लेखराज भट्टले ईन्चार्जको कार्यसम्पादन गरिरहेका छन् । उनलाई सह ईन्जार्च कर्णबहादुर थापाले सघाएका छन् । भट्ट र थापा दुवैले दश बुँदे सहमति हुबहु कार्यान्वयन नहुने भनेर सार्वजनिक रुपमा धारणा राखिरहेका छन् । तर, रावलले भने दश बुँदे सहमति कार्यान्वयनको सन्दर्भमा अध्यक्षको धारणा मागेका छन् ।

खासगरी हिजो बसेको केन्द्रीय कमिटी बैठकमा समेत रावल, झपट रावल र भानुभक्त जोशीले पनि यो कुरा उठाएका थिए । अहिले बसेको स्थायी कमिटी बैठकमा अध्यक्ष ओलीले दश बुँदे सहमति कार्यान्वयन हुने भन्दै सोहीअनुसार आफ्नो भूमिका निर्वाह गर्न रावललाई आग्रह गरेको बुझिएको छ । स्थायी कमिटीको बैठकमा केन्द्रीय कमिटीमा समूहगत रुपमा आएको सुझावबारे पनि छलफल भैरहेको छ ।
