टिकापुर साना सहरी खानेपानी तथा सरसफाई संस्थाको साधारण सभा सम्पन्न भएकाे छ साधारण सभामा सुदूरपश्चिम प्रदेश सदस्य ललिता सुनार प्रमुख अतिथि रहनु भएकाे थियाे ।साधारण सभाका प्रमुख अतिथि रहेका सुदूरपश्चिम प्रदेश सभा सदस्यसुदूरपश्चिम प्रदेश सदस्य ललिता सुनारलेखानेपानी सम्बन्धी चिन्ता र चिन्तन गर्नुपर्ने विषय भएकोले यसलाई सबैले सहयोग गर्नुपर्ने बताउनुभयो।यस्तै उहाँले टिकापुर खानेपानीलाई सुदूरपश्चिम प्रदेशबाट सहयोग रहने बताउनुभयोकार्यक्रममा विशिष्ट अतिथि हरी ज्ञवालीले खानेपानी बपशुद्द नाफारहित संस्था भएकाले, पेश्किफऋण लिेकुरा गलत भएकाे बताउनुभयोकार्यक्रमका अर्का विशिष्ट अतिथि चन्द्रसिंह भट्टराईखानेपानीलाई सहयोग गर्ने प्रत्येक उपभोताको दायित्व भएको हुनाले सहयोग गर्नुपर्ने बताउनुभयोकार्यक्रमका अतिथि टिकापुर नगरपालिकाका पूर्व मेयर तवेन्द्र रावलवर्तमान टिकापुर नगरपालिका मेयरको गैर जिम्मेवारीको कारणले टिकापुर खानेपानीलाई प्राप्तहुने ३६ करोड रकम फ्रिज भएको बताउदै नगर प्रमुखले त्यसकाे जिम्मेवारी लिनु पर्ने बताउनु भयाे ।कार्यक्रमका अतिथि टिकापुर नगरपालिकाका पूर्व उपमेयर केसरी बिष्टबिजुलीका पोल गाड्दा र सडक निर्माण गर्दा पाईप फुटेर पानी धमिलाे हुने बताउदै यसकाे समाधान निकाल्नु पर्ने बताउनु भयाे ।अर्का अतिथि टिकापुर नगरपालिका वडा नम्बर एक अध्यक्ष मोहन विकले आफुले वडाबाट खानेपानीलाई सक्दो सहयोग गर्ने बताउनुभयो।यस्तै उहाँले विपन्न परिवारलाई आधारक्रम वडाले ब्यहाेरेर केही बिपन्न परिवारलाई खानेपानी जडान गर्ने गरेको बताउनुभयो।कार्यक्रमका अर्का अतिथि खानेपानी टिकापुर खानेपानीका पूर्व अध्यक्ष भैरव रावलआफू खानेपानीमा सुरुदेखि जोडिएको बताउँदै खानेपानीको आफू अध्यक्ष भएको पालामा सम्पूर्ण भएको कमी कमजोरीको पूर्ण जिम्मेवारी लिने बताउनुभयो।यस्तै यस्तै वहाले एशियालि बैंकबाट प्राप्तहुने ३६ करोड रकम टिकापुर नगरपालिका वर्तमान मेयरले जिम्मेवारी नलिँदा फ्रिज भएको बताउनुभयो।कार्यक्रममा बोल्दै नेकपा एमालेका प्रतिनिधि प्रकाश खड्काले टिकापुर खानेपानीमा व्यापक अनियमितता भएको भएको बताउँदै विभिन्न रकम हिनामिना भएको बताउनुभयो।यस्तै उहाँले नौ लाख७६ हजार जतिको रकम पेस्की लिएर रकमको दुरुपयोग गरेको बताउनुभयो ।यस्तै उहाँले विगतमा खानेपानीबाट रु ७ लाख जति वीरेन्द्र विद्या मन्दिर क्याम्पसलाई ऋण दिएको देखाएको पछि रकम चुक्ता देखाएको तर खानेपानीमा फिर्ता नभएको बताउनुभयो।कार्यक्रमका अर्का वक्ता नेपाल कम्युनिस्ट पार्टी समाजवादीका टिकापुर नगर कमिटी अध्यक्षरङ्ग अधिकारीले संस्थाका सचिवले पेस्की लिन नपाउने प्रावधान रहेको बताउनुभयो।कार्यक्रमका अर्का वक्ता नेपाल समाजवादीका कैलाली जिल्ला अध्यक्ष वीरेन्द्र शाहले संस्थामा पेस्कीको नाममा ९ लाख जति रहनु गलत भएको बताउनुभयाे ।कार्यक्रममा नेपाल पत्रकार महासंघ सुदूरपश्चिम प्रदेश अध्यक्ष योगेश रावलले टिकापुर खानेपानी टीकापुर बासिकाले उपहार भएकोले यसलाई सबैले सहयोग गर्नुपर्ने बताउनुभयो।कार्यक्रमको सुरुमा टिकापुर खानेपानी कार्यवाहक अध्यक्ष सिर्जना शर्मा पण्डितले संस्थाको प्रतिवेदन पेश गर्नुभएको थियो।संस्थाको प्रतिवेदन अनुसार उपभोक्ता संस्थाले चारवटा ओभरहिट ट्याङ्कीबाट २६९ किलोमिटर पाइपलाइन मार्फत वार्ड नम्बर १ देखि ५ सम्मका ८५ हजार घरधुरीका करिब ४८ हजार जनसङ्ख्यालाई खानेपानी उपलब्ध गराएको उल्लेख छ।यस्तै टीकापुर सनासरी खानेपानी तथा सरसफाई आयोजनाको निर्माणमा ७०% नेपाल सरकारको अनुदान ५ प्रतिशत उपभोक्ताको अग्रिम नगदकर र २५% नगर विकास कोषको ऋणबाट पहिलो चरणको निर्माण सम्पन्न बताईएकाे छ।नगर विकास कोष र यस संस्थाबीचको ऋण सम्झाैता अनुसार संस्थाले तिर्नुपर्ने सावाब्याज रकममध्ये आर्थिक वर्ष २०८०/०८१ मा रु १ करोड ३४ लाख७८ हजार ४ सय९५ रूपैया ३६ पैसा जसमध्ये ब्याज रकम रु ७० लाख ५८ हजार ९सय ९७ रूपैया६३ पैसा र साव रकमरु ६४ लाख १९ हजार ४सय ९७ रुपैया ७३ पैसा भुक्तानी गरिएको छ।यस आर्थिक वर्षको अन्तमा नगर विकास कोषलाई दिनुपर्ने रकम रु १३ करोड ३२हजार ,७ सय ४४ रुपैयाँ ५५ पैसा बाँकी रहेको छ।विगतमा निरन्तर घाटामा रहेको यस संस्थाले यस आर्थिक वर्षमा रु ७३ लाख ५९ हजार १५ रुपैयाँ ४८ पैसा खुदनाफा आर्जन गर्न सफल भएको प्रतिबेदनमा उल्लेख छ । कार्यक्रममा शैक्षिक बर्ष २०८०मा एस ईईमा उत्कृष्ठ नम्बर ल्याउने उपभाेक्ताका छाेराछाेरीलाई सम्मान गर्ने कार्यक्रम अन्तर्गत बिरेन्द्र बिद्या मन्दिर स्कुलका छात्र हेमन्त बहादुर साउदले सबै भन्दा बढि नम्बर ल्याएकाेले सम्मान गरिएकाे थियाे।यस्तै उत्कृष्ठ कर्मचारीमा मिटर रिडर गाैरी पण्डितलाई सम्मान गरिएकाे थियाे । कार्यक्रम संस्थाका कार्यभाहक सभापति शृजना शर्मा पण्डितकाे अध्यक्षतामा भएकाे थियाेभने स्वागत सदस्य भानु भक्त जाेशीले गरेका थिए ।सञ्चालन सचिब मनिश बलाएरले गरेका थिए ।
